What is not being built yet
AI Nature Company is in Phase 2 identity. No first offer, no live CRM or billing adapters, and no claim that closed beta is live.
The useful part of a public experiment is saying what is off the board.
Otherwise every reader fills the gaps with a launch. This page is the stop list.
No first offer
There is no commercial offer cell. There is no price, no channel, no delivery path, and no customer. The offer-cell page describes the unit so the first one has a definition. It does not announce a product.
If you came here looking for something to buy from AI Nature Company, there is nothing to buy. The paid door on this site remains one job, sold as Rick at DataSaa. That door is a different path.
No live CRM or billing adapters
The substrate will need adapters before a cell can take money or keep a book of accounts. Those adapters are not live. Building them now would pretend identity is finished.
Closed-beta hardening and a 4-bot identity canary come first. After those, a dispatch can say what the first adapter is. Until then, treat CRM and billing as future work.
Closed beta is not live
Phase 2 identity is implemented. That is a build status. It is not a beta with operators, and it is not a claim that the market is selecting real cells.
When closed beta starts, the journey log will say so. If the log is empty, it has not started.
No open-source MCP
The implementation repo is private. Public pages will describe the rules and the lessons. They will not publish the server, the credentials, or a "clone this and you have a company" kit.
No NDR, no PandoBlox, no Essence product
This experiment is outside NDR. It is outside PandoBlox. Essence is not being sold. Essence-protocol may show up as architectural inspiration: traces in a shared environment, selection without a central chatter. Inspiration is not a product roadmap.
No apply-to-the-lab door
The older page on this URL invited people to apply with a personal-agent profile. That invitation is closed. This series is a journal of one experiment. If you want a personal agent or a company brain as a surface, read Key AI interfaces. If you want paid help on one service job, read one job.
