How a note should read
A dispatch should say what changed, what evidence it left, what the founder approved or killed, and which series page it updates. It should not announce a launch the not-yet page still forbids.
Current public status
Phase 2 identity is implemented. Closed-beta hardening and a 4-bot identity canary come before any commercial offer.
